Paul Daniel - Director
Paul Daniel has been dancing since the age of 5. Having previously trained at Johnny Young Talent School and V.I.P Dance Studio
in Adelaide for 10 years his expertise includes Jazz, Funk, Hip Hop and Freestyle. Specializing
in Ballroom and Latin, Paul has been teaching dance for over 15 years. He has experience teaching children to adults, couples and the elderly as well as rehabilitation and disability success with several students. He is yet to meet someone who he cannot teach... Paul's student's consistently receive Honors for their examinations and he's a reputable specialist with wedding couples.
Since 2007 Paul has trained at Broadway Dance Centre in NYC, Pineapple Dance U.K, Semley Dance School in London and with Tony Meredith of SYTYCD U.S series. His credits include; Wizard of Oz, Boy From Oz, The Book Place, Footy Show, Sydney 2000 Olympics, Supporting act for Hilltop Hoods & Human Nature, Dancer for Armand Van Helden and Groove Terminator. He has also previously worked with Hugh Jackman and Gary Sweet on two major Australian feature films.

Alex Kadamani is a professional actor/dancer and graduate of NMIT with a Diploma of the Arts.
Trained in Latin American and Street Latin through the ADS examinations board, Alex has only been dancing
for 5 years. He was previously a student of You Can Dance Studio until we quickly snapped up and
intensely trained him to become an instructor. He has a natural teaching ability and is patient, friendly,
easy going - all of which makes his students feel at ease. Alex has performed in many theatre productions,
short films and commercials. He also just wrapped the filming of his first feature film role in "Six Lovers"
which is due out early 2011.
Alex teaches our beginners STREET LATIN class every Wednesday night @ 7pm.
He is also available for private lessons in Latin American, Street Latin, Ballroom & Weddings by appointment.

Hooman Ebadi is a passionate and dedicated performer and has extensive
Latin/Ballroom training with championship wins as part of his success. He also has Latin stage show experience
with some of Australia's leading choreographers.
His experience extends into the commercial world with 3 years Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary and Ballet training with Robert
Sturrock, Industry Dance. This has taken Hooman into screen and club performances. Screen performance include "Thank God You're Here",
"It Takes Two", "Footy Show Players review ".
Hooman has vast experience in teaching one on one, large groups and also the Sydney Salsa Congress. Enhancing his dancing and his
students skill, performance, expression and movement is his driving force.
You can currently find Hooman performing in latin and commercial clubs throughout Melbourne including
a residency at Love Machine on Sunday night's @ Gossip.

Natalie Finn. Look out people! If you're after an instructor that never lets you down with a
boring lesson, look no further! Miss Natalie Finn has been teaching dance for over 10 years and takes a humoristic and playful
approach to her instruction. With roots in Jazz, Funk, Commercial, Latin, Ballroom and now... Zumba, there isn't much this talented
lady cannot do. With a resume that never seems to end, Natalie is an instructor who is always in high demand.
You may have seen her teaching ballroom dancing or rocking out the gyms of Melbourne with her Zumba classes that would put
Richard Simmons to shame! For Natalie, life is extreme and there's no time to waste in getting you to achieve your goals! Her
lessons are guaranteed to leave you in stitches, passionate about dance, knowledgeable on all things fat free, sore from laughing
so hard and never quite knowing what will happen next... Perfect for the beginner dancers, Natalie is easy going, makes you
feel at home and knows exactly how to make dancing easy to learn and refreshingly... fun!

Julia Basa (aka Julia Ofour). The wonderfully talented Julia Basa is a trained instructor in Ballroom,
Latin and Street Latin through the Australian Dancing Society and has been teaching at several different dance studio's around Melbourne
for the last 6 years. More recently, Julia found her passion for Zumba whilst travelling to Orlando, Florida in 2009 for
the Zumba
Instructors Convention where she trained in Basics 1, Gold and Atomic for Kids. She is now currently teaching over 13 Zumba classes
per week! Full of energy, outgoing and friendly, she is an extremely patient instructor and perfect for all those nervous first time
dancers. Julia has been trained in all aspects of Ballroom dancing and has sound knowledge of both the American and International
style syllabus. Julia also brings to the studio a great deal of knowledge in training men to dance like men! She has had fantastic
results in training her students to become extremely good social dancers. Attention wedding couples this is the girl you want to book
with for that beautifully elegant first dance where the groom won't dance like a telly-tubby!

Vlad Akhchin. A very talented man needing very little introduction. Vlad 'Trip' Akhchin, originally
from Russia has been dancing since he could walk. A current member of "Rewind" dance crew, Vlad is passionate about all things Hip Hop.
Poping, Waving, Krumping... call it what you want this guy does a MEAN freestyle to whatever track is playing... His competition credits include: Raw, Groove, Got Swag, Step Off, Get Krumped, Next Level, The Game, Judgement Day & VHHC. Most recently
you may have seen him dancing at the Official Bruno Mars After-Party, Soulclap, Bone Thugs n Harmony at the Espy or the 2011 St Kilda Festival.
Heads up - if you fast forward to the end of our very own KG's music video "Everybody in the Club" you'll see this guy doing what he does best!
We suspect that Vlad never actually leaves the studio...
You can find this guy dancing day and night somewhere in the studio... he doesn't stop!

Candice Canon
is a high level Ballroom & Latin American dance insturctor with International, National and state-wide competitive success.
She has several years teaching experience, a tertiary studies in Education, and an accreditation enabling her to teach the
Dancesport syllabus. She has trained in Australia and UK under some of the worlds most renowned teachers and choreographers
including: Jason Gilkinson (Burn the Floor and So You Think You Can Dance), Richard Gleave (8 times undefeated world champion),
Anne Gleave (former World and British Champion), Matt Lee (So You Think You Can Dance), Andrew Sinkinson (former World and British Champion)
and many other well-respected and well-known coaches.
Candice is available for private lessons by appointment for competitive coaching.

Teresa Germano has been dancing since the age of 3.Trained in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop and
Contemporary she has been a student of the CSTD and RAD syllabus. Teresa is the founder and head
lead choreographer of "Allure". She has danced for the ABC network, Backup for J-Wess in 2009,
and was a performer and choreographer at The Dragonfly Restaurant. In 1993 she played the lead role
of Fanny in the musical 'The Magic Faraway Tree'. More recently Teresa has been featured in the hit comedy series "Angry Boys" as backing dancer for character "Smouse". Teresa is a former teacher of theMelbourne Music Academy and an original member of Dance 2XS Australia.
This chick's choreography is sick and you will beg for her split and booty pop!

Bethany Nelson has been dancing since the age of 3 and is trained in Ballet, Jazz, Tap and was previously a
student of the cecchetti syllabus. She has an extensive background in Hip Hop and street dancing and a quirky, unique
style. She loves her 'whacking'! Her bubbly, out-going and friendly personality makes lessons fun and easy so she's perfect instructor
for students who feel less confident. She is currently a member of two Hip Hop crews - 'Allure' and 'DVP' which have both placed extremely
well in recent Hip Hop competitions. Her credits include;
first place in Australia - Battlegrounds 2009 (Alpha), Groove 2009, Raw 2009, Heat 2008.

Payal Kumar was born in Mumbai and started dancing by the age of 3. She has a five year degree from Nalanda Dance
Research Centre in Mumbai and also an MA in South Eastern Dance Studies from Roehampton University in London where
she traveled to pursue her dream of dance. She has choreographed several shows for prestigious evenings held at
Queen Elizabeth Hall and Southbank Centre (London). In 2009 Payal moved to Melbourne Australia and continues to share
her passion for Bharatanatyam (a classical Indian dance form) and Bollywood Dance. She hopes to make use of her
academic grounding and practical training to fulfill her artistic vision.
Payal teaches BOLLYWOOD on Friday nights @ 6pm. Beginners are encouraged and welcome! |

Keren Orbach has been in the fitness industry for 10 years in the capacity of Personal Trainer and
Aerobics Instructor. When Zumba hit Australia in 2009 Keren jumped on the program, knowing it would be a hit.
With her natural flair and passion for Latin music, her untrained moves manage to engage, inspire and motivate
all those who join in her classes. In 2007 Keren ran her own PT business along the Eastern Suburb beaches of Sydney
and competed in Body Shaping for 4 years with her highest achievement being ranked 2nd in Australia.
She is very passionate about all areas of fitness and health and now runs over 12 classes of ZUMBA a week!
Expect to hear the words - "YOU CAME HERE FOR A WORKOUT, YOU GOT ONE"!
Keren's steamy high energy ZUMBA classes are on Monday nights from 6-6:50pm!

Claire Bowman has always had a little bit more to give and has often been the one to reveal just a little too much...
After extensive training at Flinders University (Bachelor of Arts/Drama) and Victorian College of the Arts, (VCA Music Theatre)
she takes to the stage in Melbourne where she is regularly seen doing cunning cabaret at The Butterfly Club or getting her kit off at
the nearest Burlesque Bar!
Her previous experience covers - Jazz Ballet, Circus skills, Tap and Butoh, even dance/figure/artistic Roller
Skating.
You may have seen her in such things as The Short and Sweet Cabaret Festival 2009 in the cabaret “Wrongtown” which was also featured
at the Adelaide Fringe festival 2010 and recently The Melbourne Cabaret Festival 2011.
Claire believes
it is important to love the skin your in! and to embrace yourself to be the best you can be!
